The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Omar Fonda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregorio Illart read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Hitz in the 57th minute of play forced Nadie nos Para's goalkeeper Gregorio Illart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregorio Illart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Radziszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lorenzo Bizen came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Nadie nos Para fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Bizen couldn't finish the play. Szymon Cwynar hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Nadie nos Para's Aureliano Lastur was substituted for Xzaiver Cabalar. Gregorio Illart was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
