Trescientos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ragnar Åberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gianluca Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burbano Dios in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Tiniebra in the 12th minute of play forced Nevşehirspor's goalkeeper Gianluca Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pang Shi Bang came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Nevşehirspor's Ragnar Åberg. But to his dismay, Ragnar Åberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Trescientos's Bernardo Umaña got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 19 minutes Trescientos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rıdvan Kurushov who took care of the corner kick. Oscar Tiniebra scored 1-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluca Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pang Shi Bang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ragnar Åberg went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Pang Shi Bang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Åberg in the 33rd minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Nevşehirspor's Ragnar Åberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pang Shi Bang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Feliberto Llorenc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Gianluca Buffon made a huge save. Edwards Williams kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After having played for 48 minutes, Ragnar Åberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nevşehirspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ragnar Åberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliberto Llorenc made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Trescientos's zone, Ragnar Åberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pang Shi Bang came out of the goal and Ragnar Åberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ragnar Åberg in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pang Shi Bang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gianluca Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burbano Dios in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burbano Dios in the 56th minute of play forced Nevşehirspor's goalkeeper Gianluca Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Nevşehirspor getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ragnar Åberg hit a great ball. Nevşehirspor's Ferdi Kadıoğlu was substituted for Cankut Koytak. In the 59th minute of the match Fernando Ribas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gianluca Buffon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ragnar Åberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Pang Shi Bang made a huge save. After having played for 66 minutes, Ragnar Åberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nevşehirspor's Cipriano Proença was substituted for Ragnar Åberg. The crowd rose to their feet as Cipriano Proença kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pang Shi Bang. That made the score 1-4 in the 69 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Proença got free with Pang Shi Bang in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nevşehirspor fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! Trescientos made a substitution. Unai Pineros replaced Burbano Dios. Cipriano Proença in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pang Shi Bang, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 91st minute, Cipriano Proença ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pang Shi Bang was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. In the 93rd minute, Cipriano Proença left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nevşehirspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-6. 96 minutes into the match, Nevşehirspor's Cipriano Proença sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pang Shi Bang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gianluca Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Tiniebra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pang Shi Bang was a little too slow when Cipriano Proença got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 99th minute. The score was now 3-7. The Nevşehirspor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nevşehirspor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
