Filip Örtlunds short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Arūnas Zaleckis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 7th minute Rūtenis Bračas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Utter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filip Örtlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arūnas Zaleckis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Lukas Liaudanskas hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Sigvard Blixt. With a little luck, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Arūnas Zaleckis got control of the ball when Zebastian Palmkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute Pol Putov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arūnas Zaleckis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filip Örtlund to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Pegasas Siauliai booed when FC NILS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Tunberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Åke Utter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erikas Motiekaitis in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Pol Putov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arūnas Zaleckis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Darin Bozduganov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arūnas Zaleckis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Pegasas Siauliai's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oscar Berglund was slow to take the kick. During this time FC NILS's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Sigvard Blixt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Rūtenis Bračas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Utter having to interfere. Rūtenis Bračas scored 3-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Åke Utter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC NILS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
