When Linas Mandraflis fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Pegasas Siauliai's protests and gave Linas Mandraflis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, FC Pegasas Siauliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linas Mandraflis to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Atlético Nuevo Laredo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Pegasas Siauliai:s goal. Fabio Estebe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mantvydas Bekeris in the 11th minute. Fabio Estebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linas Mandraflis in the 12th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mantvydas Bekeris got free with Fabio Estebe in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabio Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mantvydas Bekeris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabio Estebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linas Mandraflis, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Antanas Pelėda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Estebe having to interfere. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Fabio Estebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Nuevo Laredo from getting a goal against them. Arūnas Zaleckis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Nataniel in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Atlético Nuevo Laredo got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Atauri. Fabio Estebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mantvydas Bekeris in the 22nd minute of the match. Rūtenis Bračas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Estebe having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Mantvydas Bekeris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pegasas Siauliai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rūtenis Bračas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Rūtenis Bračas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Estebe was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. 56 minutes into the game, Mantvydas Bekeris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Fabio Estebe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Rūtenis Bračas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rūtenis Bračas in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Estebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute, Linas Mandraflis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Estebe was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 72 minutes into the match, Antanas Pelėda notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Fabio Estebe. Fabio Estebe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rūtenis Bračas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the game, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Linas Mandraflis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Estebe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. 82 minutes into the match, Mantvydas Bekeris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Estebe. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mantvydas Bekeris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Mantvydas Bekeris scored 13-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Estebe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabio Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mantvydas Bekeris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that FC Pegasas Siauliai were the better team. FC Pegasas Siauliai's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
