Almeyra F.C.'s Jacinto Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batiste Botella in the 19th minute of play. Sabri Letailleur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Pes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tom Colle's late challenge caught a Almeyra F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tom Colle helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Tom Colle. Sabri Letailleur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Pes, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Herblay's Batiste Botella in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Almeyra F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. When Anier Ortzi fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Almeyra F.C.'s protests and gave Anier Ortzi a yellow card for diving instead. Anier Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Christophe Beaulieu came free, but Jacinto Nuxila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Christophe Beaulieu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Nuxila was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. 42 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Batiste Botella came free, but Jacinto Nuxila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Christophe Beaulieu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 50th minute, Isaltino Gaúcho made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Nuxila. Almeyra F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christophe Beaulieu got free with Jacinto Nuxila in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacinto Nuxila was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Batiste Botella capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Batiste Botella really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 59th minute, Leonardo Paublo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Herblay's Isaltino Gaúcho tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Christophe Beaulieu took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Nuxila. Jacinto Nuxila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Almeyra F.C.'s Jacinto Nuxila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Almeyra F.C. from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christophe Beaulieu during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Christophe Beaulieu hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Samir Moutoussamy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sabri Letailleur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christophe Beaulieu got free with Jacinto Nuxila in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Herblay's Jacinto Nuxila threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Batiste Botella, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Almeyra F.C.'s Jacinto Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batiste Botella in the 81st minute of play. Almeyra F.C.'s Jacinto Nuxila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Almeyra F.C. from getting a goal against them. Herblay were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Almeyra F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isaltino Gaúcho took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Isaltino Gaúcho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacinto Nuxila quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Batiste Botellas short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Jacinto Nuxila to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Christophe Beaulieu struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Jacinto Nuxila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herblay. Sabri Letailleur came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Almeyra F.C.'s Aldo Pes. But to his dismay, Aldo Pes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5.
