The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goalkeeper Christer Kullander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicki Nick. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Christer Kullander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 8th minute, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christer Kullander. Christer Kullander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Nicki Nick in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christer Kullander, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Christer Kullander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicki Nick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Nestor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Nestor in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Kullander saved Team Rocco from getting behind. When ZigZag Athletic's Rodrigo Nestor in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Team Rocco made a substitution. Erik Tomasson replaced Viggo Mellbad. In the 34th minute, Marcus Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicki Nick got free with Christer Kullander in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christer Kullander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Henry Bållström hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Nicki Nick had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christer Kullander. Team Rocco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicki Nick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 74 minutes of play, ZigZag Athletic's Nicki Nick made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Kullander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonas Kalfhage received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mehmet Akif Ersoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ZigZag Athletic made a substitution. Jesper Vollander replaced Nicki Nick. Jesper Vollander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christer Kullander having to make a save. If Lennart Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ZigZag Athletic were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Team Rocco for a fine match.
