The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 7th minute Ove Ahlström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Bâru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Rickard Lundgren made a precise shot to the right of Filip Bâru. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Filip Bâru made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Guo Ke Peng sent off a good shot on target. Henning Strömqvist hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Rickard Lundgren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Filip Bâru skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 25th minute, Guo Ke Peng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kingpins fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Filip Bâru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rickard Lundgren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. Rickard Lundgren scored 4-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filip Bâru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Ovidiu Voicescu got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th match minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leontin Teodoreanu to maneuver through the defense. Kingpins's Karl Trulsson got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 48 minutes into the match, Rickard Lundgren notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Filip Bâru. Filip Bâru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calistrat Potopea to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Mihai Nițescu put in a rough tackle. 55 minutes into the game, one of F.C CLUJ MEDICINA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rickard Lundgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Filip Bâru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Kingpins booed when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragoş Cordescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Bâru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Västerstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filip Bâru came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Kingpins's Roger Västerstrand. But to his dismay, Roger Västerstrand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Filip Bâru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dragoş Cordescu kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Chris Lindstrøm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Bâru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Filip Bâru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Västerstrand in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Kingpins's Roger Västerstrand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filip Bâru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Bo Kruuse might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Bâru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bo Kruuse ran back to his position shaking his head. Filip Bâru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Kruuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filip Bâru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Kruuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The supporters of F.C CLUJ MEDICINA booed when Kingpins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 100 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Lindstrøm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kingpins were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of F.C CLUJ MEDICINA for a fine match.
