BK Tåfjutt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rafaela FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, BK Tåfjutt's Claes Telin got a free kick in the 8th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Olof Soned had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prospero Calvino. Rafaela FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olof Soned was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Eriberto Navarro hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Olof Soned shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Calvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prospero Calvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Soned in the 25th minute of the match. Eriberto Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Hans Blom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rafaela FC's Prospero Calvino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claes Telin kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Rafaela FC's Silvio Esiquio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Silvio Esiquio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rafaela FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Silvio Esiquio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Rafaela FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Silvio Esiquio hit a great ball. Ulf Lindqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prospero Calvino having to make a save. After the first half BK Tåfjutt were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olof Soned stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Sven-Åke Deckberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ivan Jon's late challenge caught a BK Tåfjutt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Jon helped the player get up and apologised. When Sven-Åke Deckberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. Gunnar Ersman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Prospero Calvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Calvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Soned, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute of the match, Olof Soned got a very nice opportunity to score, but Prospero Calvino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A sloppy throw-in by Ivan Jon in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by BK Tåfjutt's Reine Sefastsson. Prospero Calvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olof Soned in the 91st minute. Prospero Calvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Soned, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
