After a defensive mix-up in Club Floresta Manda's zone, Önder İlsak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Rioja came out of the goal and Önder İlsak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The LOI fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when LOI's Rıfat Helvacı looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Club Floresta Manda players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LOI were winning 0-5.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rıfat Helvacı in the 52nd minute of play forced Club Floresta Manda's goalkeeper Filomeno Rioja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Club Floresta Manda booed when LOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LOI eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
