Joaquim Pereta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Egil Sølve having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Holmkjar Hotspurs's zone, Eron Sanez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egil Sølve came out of the goal and Eron Sanez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eron Sanez in the 11th minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Egil Sølve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tonni Dong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Froila Espin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Oluf Ankerbøl came free, but Froila Espin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Holmkjar Hotspurs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvard Lillebroe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, Edgardo Loaisa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Egil Sølve. The goal made the score 1-0. Edgardo Loaisa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Egil Sølve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when Golden Dragón F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Alzola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacindo Torquemada hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Froila Espin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oluf Ankerbøl's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Egil Sølve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquim Pereta in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Jacindo Torquemada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tonni Dong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tonni Dong was the one to do the kick off. Egil Sølve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Pereta in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Pereta came free, but Egil Sølve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tonni Dong hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Gaitano Reza replaced Eron Sanez. Tonni Dong kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Pereta in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Joaquim Pereta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Sølve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragón F.C's Joaquim Pereta got a free kick in the 69th minute. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Kalle Bjarkmann was substituted for Oluf Ankerbøl. Joaquim Pereta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Sølve having to interfere. In the 74thth minute of the game Joaquim Pereta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 played minutes Holmkjar Hotspurs got a freekick which was hit by Loui Bargmann. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when Golden Dragón F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Alzola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egil Sølve didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquim Pereta went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute, Chaime Alamon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Golden Dragón F.C's zone, Tonni Dong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froila Espin came out of the goal and Tonni Dong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd match minute, Golden Dragón F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaime Alamon to maneuver through the defense. Many of Holmkjar Hotspurs's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Holmkjar Hotspurs may have spent more time on the ball, but Golden Dragón F.C were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
