The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlos Lope kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benigno Ilazki. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Clemente Fresco managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC FUSION's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Fresco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benigno Ilazki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute, Magnus Svanér hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Lope could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Benigno Ilazki made a huge save. 2-0 became the score in the 12th minute when Carlos Lope elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Benigno Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Fresco in the 15th minute of the match. Benigno Ilazki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Fresco, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 22nd minute Nunez Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Ilazki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benigno Ilazki was a little too slow when Carlos Lope got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 3-0. 32 minutes into the game, AFC FUSION's Alfredo Veto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benigno Ilazki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Benigno Ilazki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Benigno Ilazki stood somewhat misplaced when Nunez Arias came free in front of goal and shot 6-0 to the left of him in the 40 minute. 43 minutes into the game, Cristobal Bermudez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC FUSION's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mainumby the free kick. The supporters of Mainumby booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Bermudez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, AFC FUSION's Nunez Arias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benigno Ilazki. Benigno Ilazki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

When AFC FUSION's Alfredo Veto in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mainumby's goalie prevented a goal. Benigno Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Arias in the 57th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Nunez Arias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benigno Ilazki. Mainumby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nunez Arias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 65th minute, Nunez Arias made a precise shot to the right of Benigno Ilazki. Mainumby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. 74 minutes into the match, Carlos Lope had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benigno Ilazki. Mainumby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Lope was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Benigno Ilazki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Silbestre in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Zacarias Silbestre made a precise shot to the right of Benigno Ilazki. Mainumby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. Benigno Ilazki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Mainumby's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Silbestre came free, but Benigno Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Magnus Svanér ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benigno Ilazki was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. In the 92nd minute, Clemente Fresco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC FUSION fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. After 98 minutes of play, AFC FUSION's Nunez Arias made it 15-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benigno Ilazki was left in no man's land by his defense there! AFC FUSION's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
