Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Marek Tlustý came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Valdieri's Alfonso Aloisi. But to his dismay, Alfonso Aloisi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 14 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goalkeeper Anfilogino Di Santo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Tománek. After a rather tough play, Valdieri's Alvaro Cannavacciuolo got a free kick in the 16th minute. René Dobrý charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed René Dobrý the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, René Dobrý hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavel Tománek had several of the Valdieri's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 19 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Anfilogino Di Santo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Anfilogino Di Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matouš Benáček in the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Cannavacciuolo in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marek Tlustý saved FC Jamala from getting behind. With his leg Anfilogino Di Santo managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when FC Jamala's Pavel Tománek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marek Tlustý didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfonso Aloisi went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the match, Alvaro Cannavacciuolo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marek Tlustý. FC Jamala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Cannavacciuolo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Anfilogino Di Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Tománek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marek Tlustý showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Aloisi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. FC Jamala's Marek Tlustý played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Cannavacciuolo in the 37th minute of play. René Dobrý was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 38 played minutes FC Jamala got a freekick which was hit by René Dobrý. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Daniel Dráb took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Anfilogino Di Santo to make any attempt to save it. Matouš Benáček was extremely unlucky when he, in the 46th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Dráb made a kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Jamala's David Muzikář got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Valdieri's Anfilogino Di Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Dráb in the 56th minute of play. Anfilogino Di Santo came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Jamala's Pavel Tománek. But to his dismay, Pavel Tománek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Dráb in the 63rd minute of play forced Valdieri's goalkeeper Anfilogino Di Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Daniel Dráb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Di Santo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Muzikář hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 76th match minute, FC Jamala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Tománek to maneuver through the defense. Anfilogino Di Santo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Dráb in the 79th minute of play. Anfilogino Di Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matouš Benáček in the 85th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Matouš Benáček shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Di Santo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Tománek came free, but Anfilogino Di Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Jamala's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
