Emil Cioran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Anselmo Nerio made a huge save. Anselmo Nerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Bogdanović in the 10th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Club 23's Leonard Chodzinski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anselmo Nerio. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. Constantino Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sören Malmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Cássio Dracena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riesgo Cero's Anselmo Nerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Club 23's Cássio Dracena managed to work through Riesgo Cero's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Cássio Dracena dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Cássio Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club 23's supporters rose to their feet, but Cássio Dracena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Nerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anselmo Nerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Volodya Kirov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club 23's Bogdan Bogdanović got a free kick in the 34th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Anselmo Nerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cássio Dracena. Anselmo Nerio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cássio Dracena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 42 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Constantino Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Malmberg having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Cássio Dracena notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Riesgo Cero's Anselmo Nerio. Anselmo Nerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the game, Dante Roderigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Riesgo Cero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club 23 the free kick. The supporters of Club 23 booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Roderigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Bogdan Bogdanović notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Riesgo Cero's Anselmo Nerio. Anselmo Nerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Riesgo Cero booed when Club 23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Volodya Kirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Riesgo Cero defense, Cássio Dracena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Nerio. The Riesgo Cero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Nerio should have stopped the shot. In the 78th minute Cássio Dracena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Riesgo Cero defense, Cássio Dracena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Nerio. The Riesgo Cero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Nerio should have stopped the shot. Anselmo Nerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Dracena in the 84th minute of play. Ferdinand Voicu hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Club 23 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
