Jon Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edílson van Beek in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Jon Hagström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edílson van Beek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilian Ramps's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jon Hagström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Edílson van Beek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jon Hagström. De Boedo Vengo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edílson van Beek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jon Hagström made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Gilian Ramps sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilian Ramps in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Hagström saved De Boedo Vengo from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Gilian Ramps made a precise shot to the right of Jon Hagström. De Boedo Vengo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Gilian Ramps sped through De Boedo Vengo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jon Hagström. De Boedo Vengo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Gilian Ramps scored to the left of an out of position Jon Hagström, making the score, 4-0. With a little luck, De Boedo Vengo's Jon Hagström got control of the ball when Stein Grootjans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beek City's Barbosa van Beek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Cordarius in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edílson van Beek in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Hagström saved De Boedo Vengo from getting behind. 38 minutes into the match, Beek City's Gilian Ramps sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jon Hagström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Edílson van Beek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Beek City's Frits De Bruyn got a free kick in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the game, De Boedo Vengo's Teobaldo Fertus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barbosa van Beek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Edílson van Beek made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilian Ramps in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Hagström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Beek City's Oscar Bosbeeck got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Gilian Ramps left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beek City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. When Stein Grootjans fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beek City's protests and gave Stein Grootjans a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes Beek City got a freekick which was hit by Stein Grootjans. In the 63rd minute, Oscar Bosbeeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Cordarius got free with Barbosa van Beek in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the game, Romeo Urtungo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Barbosa van Beek. Romeo Urtungo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-2. In the 71st minute, Alan Leempoels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Beek City's goalkeeper Barbosa van Beek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Harkaitz. Jon Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilian Ramps in the 74th minute of play. Gilian Ramps scored 7-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jon Hagström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Beek City's attentive Wart Van der Loock managed to snatch the ball when Filomeno Montel made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. In the 81st minute, Gilian Ramps ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Hagström was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-2. Jon Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilian Ramps in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Gilian Ramps made a precise shot to the right of Jon Hagström. De Boedo Vengo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-2. Barbosa van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Urtungo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beek City's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
