The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carolo Perico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Mena, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 9th match minute, SAPRIMECKBEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Mena to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of El Renacer del Quijano FC booed when SAPRIMECKBEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mićo Grande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Romero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Rodolfo Wanchope skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 32nd minute, Feliciano Oskarbi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of El Renacer del Quijano FC booed when SAPRIMECKBEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Thome didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, SAPRIMECKBEL's Victor Thome got a free kick in the 40th minute. SAPRIMECKBEL's Rodolfo Wanchope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save SAPRIMECKBEL from getting a goal against them. In the 45th match minute, SAPRIMECKBEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Thome to maneuver through the defense. Feliciano Oskarbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Rodolfo Wanchope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Mena got free with Carolo Perico in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramon Mena took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carolo Perico. Carolo Perico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. El Renacer del Quijano FC made a substitution. Zbyszek Jaruzelski replaced Feliciano Oskarbi. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Enrique Ikatz was substituted for Luis Romero. Enrique Ikatz took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Wanchope. Rodolfo Wanchope dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Carolo Perico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bennie Nuñez in the 70th minute. Rodolfo Wanchope came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by El Renacer del Quijano FC's Sergio Damario. But to his dismay, Sergio Damario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Rodolfo Wanchope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Damario in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Mena came free, but Carolo Perico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszek Jaruzelski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute, Sergio Damario left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Renacer del Quijano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Zbyszek Jaruzelski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Wanchope having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Enrique Ikatz notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of SAPRIMECKBEL's Rodolfo Wanchope. Rodolfo Wanchope was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bennie Nuñez hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. El Renacer del Quijano FC fully deserved thier win.
