Ganix Herrera made a great header on Average Joes's corner, it was just that Twierdza Osowiec's Waut Vanden Berghe managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 20thth minute of the game Per Rolandsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Twierdza Osowiec's Waut Vanden Berghe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st match minute, Twierdza Osowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnout Van der Goten to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Twierdza Osowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Jo Blanchaert came free, but Waut Vanden Berghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustino Cordaryal hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Emanuel Ooms sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Twierdza Osowiec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Average Joes the free kick. Faustino Cordaryal kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Ganix Herrera took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Waut Vanden Berghe. Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geordy Maerschalcx was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Average Joes booed when Twierdza Osowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Van Hoyveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Average Joes's Waut Vanden Berghe threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Per Rolandsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Waut Vanden Berghe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Per Rolandsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Waut Vanden Berghe. The goal made the score 0-2. Per Rolandsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waut Vanden Berghe having to interfere. Waut Vanden Berghe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Lauren Berckmans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Average Joes made a substitution. Filipp Krupatkih replaced Martin Morat. In the 73rd minute, Jeremias Silban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Average Joes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Emanuel Ooms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Average Joes's Jeremias Silban dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 88th minute Per Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Vanden Berghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waut Vanden Berghe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yavuz Bülent Özger, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Waut Vanden Berghe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arthur Saba in the 90th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Waut Vanden Berghe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per Rolandsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Silban got free with Waut Vanden Berghe in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Average Joes left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Twierdza Osowiec.
