Carlos Navarro Montoya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wiktor Ziomkowski went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in GuateFortín's zone, Wiktor Ziomkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Navarro Montoya came out of the goal and Wiktor Ziomkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abraham Santamaria hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, Yuriy Kalitvintsev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Black Devils's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GuateFortín the free kick. A collision led to Black Devils getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Yuriy Kalitvintsev hit a great ball. Eliseo Umanzor tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Carlos Navarro Montoya. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind GuateFortín's goalkeeper Carlos Navarro Montoya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Roman Jaizki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, one of Black Devils:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Terciero was the one to do the kick off. Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Terciero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Ziomkowski in the 67th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Carlos Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Milton Umaña managed to get in a good position for a shot. GuateFortín's supporters rose to their feet, but Milton Umaña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. GuateFortín made a substitution. Victor Valenzuela replaced Patricio Alvarado. GuateFortín's Miguel Ángel Reguera was substituted for Juan José Ferraro. GuateFortín's Ezequiel Peruanton was substituted for Milton Umaña. Wiktor Ziomkowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Navarro Montoya came out and tried to block the shot, but Wiktor Ziomkowski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 73rd minute. Black Devils made a substitution. Patricio Nazario replaced Wiktor Ziomkowski. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Nazario in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Peruanton to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute Patricio Nazario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgardo Zelaya hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute Black Devils were awarded a corner. Temel Reis went to the cornerflag to take it. Carlos Navarro Montoya was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patricio Nazario showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 90 minute of play. GuateFortín's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Patricio Nazario scored to the left of an out of position Carlos Navarro Montoya, making the score, 1-5. Patricio Nazario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Black Devils left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GuateFortín.
