Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Jenipapo SC's Simão Travassos. But to his dismay, Simão Travassos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 55 minutes into the game, Wiktor Ziomkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Donato Nascimento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute Simão Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Patricio Nazario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Nascimento was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Jenipapo SC's Donato Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Jenipapo SC from getting a goal against them. Black Devils's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
