Wiktor Ziomkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Carlos Navarro Montoya made a huge save. When Juan José Ferraro came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the GuateFortín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan José Ferraro couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Zelaya in the 19th minute of play forced Black Devils's goalkeeper Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Black Devils's Wiktor Ziomkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Navarro Montoya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Wiktor Ziomkowski came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Black Devils fans jumped to their feet. After having played for 86 minutes, Edgardo Zelaya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GuateFortín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Zelaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Abraham Santamaria in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Black Devils's Roman Jaizki. After 88 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Alvarado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Nazario in the 90th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Carlos Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Zelaya might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro-Ramón Calderón De La Barca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Zelaya ran back to his position shaking his head.
