BuanaRaya's Thomas Muttaqien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Colas in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, BuanaRaya's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Colas came free, but Thomas Muttaqien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Sirod Sihotang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dionisio Matia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sirod Sihotang came free, but Dionisio Matia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Tello AFC defense, Sirod Sihotang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dionisio Matia. The Tello AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Matia should have stopped the shot. Thomas Muttaqien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Tello AFC's Gualterio Giro got a free kick in the 26th minute. Tello AFC's Silvestre Vermudo got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rosendo Fiz charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rosendo Fiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Tello AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Fiz to maneuver through the defense. Dionisio Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sirod Sihotang, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Udin Sutikno during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tello AFC's Ramon Jaume was substituted for Edgardo Eufrasio. In the 55th match minute, Tello AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Gonsalvo to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Aples Aksan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Emilio Colas came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Tello AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Colas couldn't finish the play. Emilio Colas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Muttaqien having to interfere. Emilio Colas took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomas Muttaqien. Thomas Muttaqien dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The supporters of Tello AFC booed when BuanaRaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aples Aksan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Muttaqien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Kismi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saverio Cristofor kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Sirod Sihotang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dionisio Matia. Tello AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sirod Sihotang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. In the 91stth minute of the game Justino Kismi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BuanaRaya's Thomas Muttaqien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of BuanaRaya were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Tello AFC side.
