Abel Tabb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sirod Sihotang in the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute BuanaRaya were awarded a corner. Kabul Arkananta went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on BuanaRaya's corner Kabul Arkananta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abel Tabb quite easily take care of the ball. If Arnulfo Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The AFC CERBEROS fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when AFC CERBEROS's Arnulfo Manilan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Haroldo Abastas hit a great ball. Udin Sutikno made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 20thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Abel Tabb would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Arnulfo Manilan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thomas Muttaqien was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 28th minute Fulgencio Beliran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Muttaqien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, BuanaRaya's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Manilan came free, but Thomas Muttaqien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donald Trump charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donald Trump the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38thth minute of the game Arnulfo Manilan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BuanaRaya's Thomas Muttaqien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in BuanaRaya fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! Thomas Muttaqien had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Cornelio Valerio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnulfo Manilan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, BuanaRaya's Donald Trump got a free kick in the 56th minute. Arnulfo Manilan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Thomas Muttaqien when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 64 minutes of play BuanaRaya's Donald Trump was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Kamarudin Duaramuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Tabb having to interfere. After 73 played minutes BuanaRaya got a freekick which was hit by Sirod Sihotang. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aples Aksan in the 79th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Abel Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BuanaRaya's Thomas Muttaqien proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save BuanaRaya from getting a goal against them. Udin Sutikno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Abel Tabb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, BuanaRaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kamarudin Duaramuri to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Osasun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Thomas Muttaqien skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The AFC CERBEROS players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
