In the 11th minute, Raúl Chaparro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardino Euloxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Lazaro in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Berutti FC booed when Belfegor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Chaparro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 16 minutes on the clock, Faustino Arnau commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Berutti FC! When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, Belfegor FC's Raúl Chaparro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bernardino Euloxu. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Truylos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Belfegor FC's Arnoldo Arixo got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute Leandro Lazaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Euloxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Euloxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Rosio came free, but Bernardino Euloxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Belfegor FC's goalkeeper Daníel Islas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severiano Beltran.
