The audience was convinced that Dráusio Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sándor Czibor was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 42 minutes into the match, Várdomb's goal looked a bit too open when Francisc Astafiei came free, but Sándor Czibor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dráusio Matos in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sándor Czibor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ferdinand Iorgovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Várdomb's goal looked a bit too open when Dráusio Matos came free, but Sándor Czibor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by János Hámori in the 74th minute of play forced Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Liviu Iordache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dráusio Matos in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sándor Czibor saved Várdomb from getting behind. Márton Zádori's late challenge caught a Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sándor Szilágyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dráusio Matos in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sándor Czibor saved Várdomb from getting behind. Sándor Czibor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráusio Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
