Isaias Gurutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mete Gol in the 4th minute of the match. Azul Y Plomo's Mete Gol got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mete Gol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Gurutz having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Azul Y Plomo got a freekick which was hit by Rogerio Arcos. Ladislao Esquipula charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ladislao Esquipula the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Juarros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Emeterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thiago Gøl during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Isaias Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gol in the 30th minute of play. The Azul Y Plomo fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Azul Y Plomo's Mete Gol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Carabia in the 35th minute of play forced Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Isaias Gurutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Mete Gol came free, but Isaias Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético Montserrat's Isaias Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mete Gol in the 40th minute of play. Isaias Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gol in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

54 minutes into the game, Azul Y Plomo's Mete Gol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaias Gurutz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Mete Gol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Gurutz came out of the goal and Mete Gol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Azul Y Plomo's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Emeterio came free, but Hugo Juarros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Rivero in the 62nd minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Hugo Juarros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Azul Y Plomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeng Ang to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Ciriaco Innocenzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Zeng Ang fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A throw-in in the 71st minute of the game was made by Enrique Tino with Severo Cutberto as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of Atlético Montserrat booed when Azul Y Plomo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mete Gol in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaias Gurutz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Carabia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Gurutz having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, Azul Y Plomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeng Ang to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute of the match Ciriaco Innocenzio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Juarros skillfully saved the ball. Isaias Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mete Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90thth minute of the game Mete Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Montserrat's Isaias Gurutz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
