Arne Kilström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Rivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th match minute, AIK FOTBOLL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörn Hylander to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Morgan Blom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Casimiro Guillem took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arne Kilström. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Oskar Nykvist in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaias Gurutz saved Atlético Montserrat from getting behind. Per-Oskar Nykvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Gurutz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Oskar Nykvist ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute Per-Oskar Nykvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Gurutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per-Oskar Nykvist in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. A well done corner resulted in Andréas Fransson drilling the ball in to score 7-0 behind Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper. AIK FOTBOLL's Alvin Bergfelt managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Abelardo Handi in the 94 minute of the game. In the 96th minute, Fredrik Axelsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIK FOTBOLL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0.
