The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Lain Divaichin fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo ScrugenFC's protests and gave Lain Divaichin a yellow card for diving instead. Lain Divaichin hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The supporters of Deportivo ScrugenFC booed when Fc Urva United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villem Nuka didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Arenberg came free, but Cresconio Carreño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Cresconio Carreño got control of the ball when Lennart Põldaas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goalkeeper Cresconio Carreño had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kuido Ilvik. Cresconio Carreño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Arenberg in the 27th minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Fc Urva United got a freekick which was hit by Kristo Riis. 44 minutes into the match, Chus Carreira notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fc Urva United's Kasimir Salusaar. Kasimir Salusaar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Chus Carreira made the kick off in the second half. Kasimir Salusaar made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Luiz Gustavo Hermes sent off a good shot on target. If Kuido Ilvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Henry Arenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cresconio Carreño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cresconio Carreño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuido Ilvik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deportivo ScrugenFC made a substitution. Henry Arenberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cresconio Carreño. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henry Arenberg ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Fc Urva United's Kasimir Salusaar got control of the ball when Dolfo Rogel tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo ScrugenFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fc Urva United.
