Nicolas Tancredo ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes in the game, Arkadiusz Jarosz dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Paunero's Nicolas Tancredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sébastien Marionneau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 23rd minute Nicolas Tancredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sébastien Marionneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Nicolas Tancredo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sébastien Marionneau. Sébastien Marionneau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Tancredo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When Silverio Semeno came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Paunero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Semeno couldn't finish the play. Sébastien Marionneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Tancredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Emilio Ruy came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Paunero fans jumped to their feet. The Astral Roots Gdynia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paunero were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Tancredo to make the kick off. Paunero's Blas Arlo was substituted for Anier Haritz. A nice corner shot did that Blas Arlo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sébastien Marionneau quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Tancredo in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sébastien Marionneau saved Astral Roots Gdynia from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Astral Roots Gdynia's goalkeeper Sébastien Marionneau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benigno Iago. The supporters of Astral Roots Gdynia booed when Paunero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Ruy didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Tancredo got free with Sébastien Marionneau in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd match minute, Paunero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Quirce to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Tancredo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sébastien Marionneau was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sébastien Marionneau made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Silverio Semeno sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Tancredo got free with Sébastien Marionneau in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Tancredo in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sébastien Marionneau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle sounded Paunero left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Astral Roots Gdynia.
