The referee ignored Újlõrincfalva LC's protests and gave Géza Vass a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Újlõrincfalva LC's Géza Vass got a free kick in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artie Newton in the 17th minute of play forced Újlõrincfalva LC's goalkeeper Illés Kiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quade Gorham hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. András Füzesi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fábián Müller got free with Liang Zhang in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Mátyás Simon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artie Newton made a kick off. With a left leg Illés Kiss saved Újlõrincfalva LC from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, Újlõrincfalva LC's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Will came free, but Illés Kiss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute András Füzesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liang Zhang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yossi Leo charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yossi Leo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lu Ling's late challenge caught a Újlõrincfalva LC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lu Ling helped the player get up and apologised.
