The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's goalkeeper Vagnar Roebel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fábián Müller. Vagnar Roebel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbert Veress, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. András Füzesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vagnar Roebel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Újlõrincfalva LC's Illés Kiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jørgen Ebler in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by J.P. Drugi in the 39th minute of play forced Újlõrincfalva LC's goalkeeper Illés Kiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Aurél Hellinger made a precise shot to the right of Vagnar Roebel. Skellerup FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Kristjan Høgaard hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kristjan Høgaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Újlõrincfalva LC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Illés Kiss should have stopped the shot. 62 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's goal looked a bit too open when András Füzesi came free, but Vagnar Roebel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Waldemar Marqweis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 minutes, Aurél Hellinger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Újlõrincfalva LC and the Skellerup FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Újlõrincfalva LC got a freekick which was hit by Aurél Hellinger.
