Maximo Lomba kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Sabaneta FC's Maximo Lomba got a free kick in the 8th minute. Christian Liknes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Lautaro Estebanez made a huge save. Sebastian Kvernmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Lautaro Estebanez made a huge save. Maximo Lomba hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When Christian Liknes came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Daustad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Liknes couldn't finish the play. After 26 played minutes Sabaneta FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Ruy. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Kvernmo got free with Lautaro Estebanez in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Ruy in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karsten Hveding prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the match, Sabaneta FC's goalkeeper Lautaro Estebanez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Liknes. If Sebastian Kvernmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 44 minutes, Tord Sundnes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Daustad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tord Sundnes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 minutes, Christian Liknes made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sabaneta FC's Lautaro Estebanez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Liknes was the one to do the kick off. The corner ended in Diego Angulo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Daustad's Karsten Hveding did a great save. A collision led to Sabaneta FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Fernandez Cueva hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandez Cueva came free, but Karsten Hveding reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Daustad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Petterson to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Christian Liknes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Daustad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Karsten Hveding made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandez Cueva in the 74th minute of play. Christian Liknes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Lautaro Estebanez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Daustad's Tord Sundnes got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 84 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Petterson. In the 86th minute Fernandez Cueva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Hveding saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Sebastian Kvernmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
