The score was now 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Paolo Nahia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Nahia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 21 minutes, Paolo Nahia made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Reinaud De Schutter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Servando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Paolo Nahia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acratas Unidos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 30th minute, Teofilo Lorencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reinaud De Schutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Servando in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute Paolo Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luckas De Wortelaers to make the kick off. Acratas Unidos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Veronica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Paolo Nahia came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Acratas Unidos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Nahia couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Lorencio. In the 69th minute, Bartjan Parmentier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reinaud De Schutter was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paolo Nahia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 73 minute of play. Reinaud De Schutter made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Eusebio Veronica sent off a good shot on target. Reinaud De Schutter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Nahia in the 77th minute of play. After 78 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Adolf van Goetsenhoven. Reinaud De Schutter made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Roque Servando sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Acratas Unidos defense, Bartjan Parmentier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernan Iban. The Acratas Unidos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernan Iban should have stopped the shot. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Paal-Tervant from getting a goal against them. KFC Paal-Tervant's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Paolo Nahia scored to the left of an out of position Reinaud De Schutter, making the score, 2-6. In the 92nd minute, Acratas Unidos's Fulgencio Baristo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reinaud De Schutter. Reinaud De Schutter yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-7.
