Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eulalio Tonete got the match started through his kick off. Esteban Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Orti in the 5th minute of the match. Esteban Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Orti, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Esteban Iigo came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Marlin FC's Domingo Jon. But to his dismay, Domingo Jon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 19th minute, Virgilio Quinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ambrosio Quilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Weterio in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Domingo Jon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Branco FC's Esteban Iigo. Esteban Iigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 30 minutes of play, Marlin FC's Pablo Orti made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteban Iigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marlin FC's Ambrosio Quilino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Tonete in the 36th minute of play. If Agustin Orlandus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Maximo Errapel notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Branco FC's Esteban Iigo. Esteban Iigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ambrosio Quilino came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Branco FC's Fernando Gabrio. But to his dismay, Fernando Gabrio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After the first half Marlin FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, Felipe Weterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 minutes, Maximo Errapel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marlin FC and the Branco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 56 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Weterio came free, but Ambrosio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Errapel, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Esteban Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Jon in the 61st minute of play. Esteban Iigo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maximo Errapel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 63 minute of play. Esteban Iigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmar Pirro in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute Maximo Errapel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Branco FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Leonides Eriz hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Maximo Errapel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 82 minutes, Fernando Gabrio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Branco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Gabrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Branco FC's Esteban Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Errapel in the 89th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Errapel in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban Iigo saved Branco FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Marlin FC's Maximo Errapel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esteban Iigo. That made the score 1-6 after 95 minutes of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Marlin FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
