Inocencio Veronica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Borges in the 53rd minute. 2-1 became the score in the 56th minute when Emiliano Furia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Edu Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Veronica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edu Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Carvalho in the 63rd minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Veronica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho got a free kick in the 71st minute. 77 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Carvalho came free, but Inocencio Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edu Carvalho took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inocencio Veronica. Inocencio Veronica dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Edu Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Veronica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edu Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. Edu Carvalho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Inocencio Veronica made a huge save.
