In the 12th minute of the match, Enzo Francescoli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pankracy Glogowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Hao Jian Yuan put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. Enzo Francescoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Francescoli. In the 26th minute Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb were awarded a corner. Konrad Birkenhagen went to the cornerflag to take it. Konrad Birkenhagen made a great header on Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's corner, it was just that Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski managed to reach the ball for a save. Pablo Raymond hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Hao Jian Yuan scored to the left of an out of position Pankracy Glogowski, making the score, 2-0. Reynaldo Astrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 45th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Fausto Alcântara took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Pankracy Glogowski to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Hao Jian Yuan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hao Jian Yuan in the 61st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Reynaldo Astrada successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akil Tüney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Akil Tüney in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Konrad Birkenhagen took the corner. In the 84th minute Fausto Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Akil Tüney in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Konrad Birkenhagen was slow to take the kick. During this time Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's players had a chance to rest. After 89 played minutes Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb got a freekick which was hit by Akil Tüney. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Dankowski in the 92nd minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
