Patagonia's Francesco Toldo. Francesco Toldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kliczek&Syn's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Alfredo Corrente scored to the left of an out of position Iwan Nakoneczny, making the score, 1-2. Radomir Podolski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francesco Toldo having to make a save. In the 34th minute, Acep Abidin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francesco Toldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 莫震战, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Amedeo Baldassarre made in the 40th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arturo Maldini immediately put the ball in play. Francesco Toldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Furgal in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Paolo Rossi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kliczek&Syn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.C. Patagonia the free kick. After 44 played minutes Kliczek&Syn got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Rossi.

The wind increased when Alfredo Corrente made the kick off in the second half. Francesco Toldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Furgal in the 54th minute. When Dario Dainelli fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.C. Patagonia's protests and gave Dario Dainelli a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes A.C. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Dario Dainelli. After 58 played minutes A.C. But to his dismay, Alfredo Corrente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Furgal in the 86th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moreno Torricelli struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Iwan Nakoneczny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Patagonia. Kliczek&Syn were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
