The supporters of BVB 09 booed when 0 descensos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Firmin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Bernabe Rojas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute, Octavian Caragea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BVB 09 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Adolfo Adrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Drugi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to BVB 09 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Emmanouil Kappos hit a great ball. When Melquiades Galtero came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the 0 descensos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Galtero couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Romeo Santa María hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, 0 descensos's Romeo Santa María got a free kick in the 48th minute. Adolfo Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Penciulescu in the 49th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavian Caragea in the 69th minute of play forced 0 descensos's goalkeeper Adolfo Adrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th match minute, 0 descensos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Gaztea to maneuver through the defense. BVB 09 made a substitution. Iacob Vernescu replaced Maxim Sfetcu. Adolfo Adrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iacob Vernescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
