In the 14th minute, Antonio Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amund Villarreal in the 16th minute of play forced Dragon Hunter's goalkeeper Gerardo Oalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wang Peng Zhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Valentine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Oalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amund Villarreal's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Amund Villarreal made the kick off in the second half. Six Pac FC's Leif Messi got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Six Pac FC's Lasse Grym was substituted for Albin Wahlnäs. Gerardo Oalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amund Villarreal's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 68thth minute of the game Amund Villarreal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragon Hunter's Gerardo Oalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerardo Oalo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amund Villarreal in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Amund Villarreal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerardo Oalo. That made the score 2-2 in the 74 minute of play. Gerardo Oalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amund Villarreal, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 95th minute, Alejandro Lizer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
