It was Betão Marquez who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Denílson Magalhães to score against Markus Fågel in Polly Magoo Juniors's goal. 0-1 after 10 minutes. 13 minutes into the match, Deilmison van Basten notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel. Markus Fågel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Polly Magoo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmie Vallengren to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Denílson Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deilmison van Basten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Markus Fågel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Deilmison van Basten made a precise shot to the right of Markus Fågel. Polly Magoo Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Markus Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deilmison van Basten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Denílson Magalhães got a free kick in the 37th minute. Deilmison van Basten might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Markus Fågel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Deilmison van Basten ran back to his position shaking his head. Markus Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deilmison van Basten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Deilmison van Basten made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel got control of the ball when Deilmison van Basten tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, Conny Rudkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 played minutes Polly Magoo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Roy Johnsson. ATHLETICO PRaiano made a substitution. Heitor Maldini replaced Betão Marquez. Roy Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Polly Magoo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Omero Zubiaga. 64 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deilmison van Basten. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deilmison van Basten got free with Markus Fågel in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isak Stålman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho Sousa having to interfere. Polly Magoo Juniors's Kenny Pavey was substituted for Jimmie Vallengren. Polly Magoo Juniors's Isac Wållander was substituted for Gösta Bergman. Markus Fågel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 76th minute. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Albäck in the 80th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, one of ATHLETICO PRaiano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 92 minutes in the game Gu Zhan Cheng did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Heitor Maldini. Conny Rudkvist hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. If Deilmison van Basten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Polly Magoo Juniors from getting a goal against them. In the 99th minute Jan-Erik Tunberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded ATHLETICO PRaiano left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Polly Magoo Juniors.
