Artzai Tarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Henning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Rot-Weiss-Essen's goalkeeper August Hoffmanns had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manole Cristoiu. 24 minutes into the match, Orgullo's goal looked a bit too open when Anestis Kotsopoulos came free, but Artzai Tarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manole Cristoiu struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. August Hoffmanns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orgullo. After a defensive mix-up in Rot-Weiss-Essen's zone, Manole Cristoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. August Hoffmanns came out of the goal and Manole Cristoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artzai Tarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximilian Henning in the 32nd minute of the match. August Hoffmanns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Cristoiu in the 34th minute of play. Franco Grau kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Mario Zapatero's late challenge caught a Rot-Weiss-Essen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anestis Kotsopoulos to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Orgullo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gungun Karo-karo to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes in the game Felix Balzer did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mesut Özil. In the 61st minute, Mesut Özil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artzai Tarin. The goal made the score 2-2. The shot was a little too simple and Artzai Tarin could save by the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Orgullo's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Henning came free, but Artzai Tarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Rot-Weiss-Essen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Balzer to maneuver through the defense. After 74 minutes of play, Orgullo's Aimar Barro made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. August Hoffmanns was left in no man's land by his defense there! August Hoffmanns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aimar Barro in the 77th minute of play. Orgullo's Artzai Tarin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Orgullo from getting a goal against them. If Aimar Barro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. August Hoffmanns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aimar Barro, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Artzai Tarin made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Hugo Haupt sent off a good shot on target. Artzai Tarin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maximilian Henning showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 94 minute of play. Despite being the better team, Rot-Weiss-Essen failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
