Roch Major was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Vissenaeken in the 9th minute of play forced Trzebczyk's goalkeeper Roch Major to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trzebczyk's Roch Major played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Vissenaeken in the 18th minute of play. If Julian Liermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the match, Guido Vissenaeken notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Trzebczyk's Roch Major. Roch Major was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Vissenaeken in the 31st minute of play forced Trzebczyk's goalkeeper Roch Major to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Guido Vissenaeken left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brugge United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 38 minutes into the game, Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Major made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 44 minutes into the game, Guido Vissenaeken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Roch Major was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Liermann to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Guido Vissenaeken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Roch Major was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 56 minutes into the match, Brugge United's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Liermann came free, but Vítor Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brugge United made a substitution. Waud Huijbrechts replaced Jaspar Van Den Broeck. Trzebczyk's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wladyslaw Falkowski in the 59th minute. Guido Vissenaeken received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roch Major came out and tried to block the shot, but Guido Vissenaeken slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 64th minute. Dries Philipsen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roch Major firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 72 minutes, Dries Philipsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brugge United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dries Philipsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trzebczyk's Bartlomiej Marud was substituted for Roch Zawada. In the 75th minute, Guido Vissenaeken reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roch Major. The goal made the score 0-8. Vítor Baia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Galaska, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the game, Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Major made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Guido Vissenaeken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roch Major showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Vissenaeken, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Guido Vissenaeken kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roch Major. That made the score 0-10 in the 89 minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Guido Vissenaeken recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roch Major. Guido Vissenaeken showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Brugge United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
