Petre Encuțescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Goodman in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Edwardo in the 4th minute of play forced Villa Verde FC's goalkeeper Feng Chao Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villa Verde FC's Feng Chao Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emīls Umbrass in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute Erivaldo Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Encuțescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Goodman got free with Petre Encuțescu in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute of the match Villa Verde FC got a corner. Zecku's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erivaldo Borges ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Dario Sustrai almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zecku's Petre Encuțescu did a great save. The goalkeeper, Petre Encuțescu, was totally fooled by Villa Verde FC's Erivaldo Borges, who 18 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Saul Goodman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Petre Encuțescu. Saul Goodman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 23 minutes, Emīls Umbrass made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Villa Verde FC's Feng Chao Wei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Saul Goodman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zecku's Petre Encuțescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Zecku from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saul Goodman in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petre Encuțescu saved Zecku from getting behind. In the 37th minute Saul Goodman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Encuțescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villa Verde FC's Saul Goodman got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Rocks in the 46th minute of play forced Villa Verde FC's goalkeeper Feng Chao Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emīls Umbrass made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Saul Goodman notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Zecku's Petre Encuțescu. Petre Encuțescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Feng Chao Wei managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Zecku's Ivor Peake fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Zecku defense, Saul Goodman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petre Encuțescu. The Zecku fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petre Encuțescu should have stopped the shot. Villa Verde FC's Alexsandro Garcia was substituted for Wesley Basso. Villa Verde FC made a substitution. Belmiro Borges replaced Dida Viana. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Zecku's goalie and right to Grigore Coroian. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Zecku's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Feng Chao Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emīls Umbrass, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Luís Guilherme Cearense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petre Encuțescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Zecku getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Wilfredo Lazcano hit a great ball. Petre Encuțescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Luís Guilherme Cearense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petre Encuțescu was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. The supporters of Villa Verde FC booed when Zecku was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Miliano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee showed Cássio Rocks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Zecku's Cássio Rocks got a free kick in the 97th minute. Petre Encuțescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Cearense in the 97th minute of play. Villa Verde FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
