Patrick Hoffmann hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, FC Dwa Do Ósmej's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Petroni came free, but Franciszek Lerych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lemel SV's Ernst de Hoop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fotis Katramados in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Lemel SV booed when FC Dwa Do Ósmej was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wendell Amos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fotis Katramados came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FC Dwa Do Ósmej fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fotis Katramados couldn't finish the play. Fotis Katramados's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernst de Hoop read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Franciszek Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Konradsson in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Petroni in the 25th minute of play forced FC Dwa Do Ósmej's goalkeeper Franciszek Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Lemel SV's João Augusto Mello to fire away a dangerous shot which Franciszek Lerych despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Fotis Katramados sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernst de Hoop narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute of the match FC Dwa Do Ósmej got a corner. Lemel SV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Franciszek Lerych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Konradsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Ettore Petroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franciszek Lerych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lemel SV booed when FC Dwa Do Ósmej was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Hägert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes Lemel SV got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Hoffmann. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fotis Katramados stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes FC Dwa Do Ósmej got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Damazki. In the 57th match minute, Lemel SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match, Teofil Fudalej got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ernst de Hoop was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fotis Katramados hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Arkadiusz Solibieda was substituted for Fotis Katramados. After 73 played minutes FC Dwa Do Ósmej got a freekick which was hit by Fotis Katramados. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Solibieda in the 76th minute of play forced Lemel SV's goalkeeper Ernst de Hoop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernst de Hoop came out of the goal and Lucas Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lemel SV's Ernst de Hoop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Solibieda in the 88th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Arkadiusz Solibieda in the 94th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The FC Dwa Do Ósmej players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lemel SV from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
