Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denis Stanislao ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 7th minute, Denis Stanislao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lionel Paly was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Denis Stanislao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sacronas Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Stanislao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lionel Paly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Denis Stanislao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Stanislao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Denis Stanislao made a precise shot to the right of Lionel Paly. FC Wil 1900's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 23 minutes into the match, Denis Stanislao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lionel Paly. FC Wil 1900's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denis Stanislao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After some careless play in the FC Wil 1900 defense, Denis Stanislao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lionel Paly. The FC Wil 1900 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lionel Paly should have stopped the shot. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tory Pryor in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Téo Rosa in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santos Sidro saved Sacronas Futbol Club from getting behind. Santos Sidro made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Emery Heller sent off a good shot on target. Lionel Paly came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Sacronas Futbol Club's Denis Stanislao. But to his dismay, Denis Stanislao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. 43 minutes into the match, Sacronas Futbol Club's Denis Stanislao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lionel Paly narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Stanislao in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lionel Paly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emery Heller in the 46th minute of play. Santos Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo Rosa in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Stanislao to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tory Pryor in the 60th minute of play forced Sacronas Futbol Club's goalkeeper Santos Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curtiz Klein's late challenge caught a Sacronas Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Curtiz Klein helped the player get up and apologised. FC Wil 1900 made a substitution. Sobah Rico replaced Bernhard Zollinger. Curtiz Klein kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 68th minute Tory Pryor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emery Heller in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Lionel Paly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 78 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's Pirmin Jäggi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Sidro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emery Heller in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Sacronas Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Ted to maneuver through the defense. Emery Heller took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Santos Sidro. Sacronas Futbol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Stanislao in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lionel Paly saved FC Wil 1900 from getting behind. Sacronas Futbol Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
