Lionel Paly was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xiao Zhen Yun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Buccella was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Téo Rosa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Téo Rosa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Xiao Zhen Yun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13thth minute of the game Xiao Zhen Yun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. H4K.BR's Antonio Buccella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save H4K.BR from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Wil 1900's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martin Zafiu was slow to take the kick. During this time H4K.BR's players had a chance to rest. After 19 minutes of play, FC Wil 1900's Pirmin Jäggi made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Buccella was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 21 minutes, Tory Pryor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Wil 1900 and the H4K.BR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tory Pryor kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Zhen Yun in the 23rd minute of play. Xiao Zhen Yun might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lionel Paly. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xiao Zhen Yun ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goal looked a bit too open when Xiao Zhen Yun came free, but Lionel Paly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Tory Pryor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Antonio Buccella, 3-1. Xiao Zhen Yun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lionel Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Zhen Yun in the 36th minute of play. Antonio Buccella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tory Pryor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 51st minute of play. 51 minutes into the game, H4K.BR's Ahmet Ali Yücesan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lionel Paly made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After a rather tough play, H4K.BR's Martin Zafiu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the match, H4K.BR's goal looked a bit too open when Tory Pryor came free, but Antonio Buccella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Buccella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emery Heller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Xiao Zhen Yun sped through FC Wil 1900's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lionel Paly. 72 minutes into the match, H4K.BR's goal looked a bit too open when Tory Pryor came free, but Antonio Buccella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Tory Pryor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Buccella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th match minute, H4K.BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Toledo to maneuver through the defense. H4K.BR's Reynaldo Travassos was substituted for Ahmet Ali Yücesan. 79 minutes into the match, H4K.BR's goal looked a bit too open when Tory Pryor came free, but Antonio Buccella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led FC Wil 1900's Téo Rosa to fire away a dangerous shot which Antonio Buccella despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Travassos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lionel Paly. Reynaldo Travassos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. Lionel Paly didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 3-5. Antonio Buccella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emery Heller, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Antonio Buccella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pirmin Jäggi in the 89th minute of play. After 92 played minutes H4K.BR got a freekick which was hit by João Vítor da Costa. After having played for 94 minutes, Reynaldo Travassos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. H4K.BR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Travassos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The H4K.BR supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing H4K.BR would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
