Well-Well Benne took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Hulberto. Severino Hulberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 23 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's Erasmo Lorencio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidiu Caranfil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well Benne in the 24th minute of play. Well-Well Benne scored 1-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Hulberto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 33 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Bazkoare. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasile Iurea in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Hulberto saved Rivermania FC from getting behind. Severino Hulberto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Vertigo's Vasile Iurea shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. If Erasmo Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Lorencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 42 minutes, Vasile Iurea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Vertigo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vasile Iurea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ysmael Celerain made a kick off. Severino Hulberto made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Ysmael Celerain sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ysmael Celerain in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Hulberto saved Rivermania FC from getting behind. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Flor in the 56th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacobo Santxol in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidiu Caranfil saved Club Vertigo from getting behind. Vasile Iurea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Severino Hulberto made a huge save. In the 70th minute Erasmo Lorencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Caranfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ysmael Celerain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Severino Hulberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rivermania FC's Teodoro Foro was substituted for Amado Cuartio. 75 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Flor came free, but Ovidiu Caranfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
