The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Sabahattin Kökten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıza Vuralhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Asklöv came free, but Rene Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute, Tommy Asklöv ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Vereijt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Strömsbro IF from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan got control of the ball when Jedrzej Kiszkiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abdulla Baia had several of the Strömsbro IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Rıza Vuralhan as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 16 played minutes Strömsbro IF got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Hallgren. In the 16th minute, Dani Rojas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan didn't even have to move. In the 18th minute, FC Ouagadougou National's Jedrzej Kiszkiel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rıza Vuralhan. Rıza Vuralhan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 32nd minute Abdulla Baia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıza Vuralhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Ouagadougou National booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Beck didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan got control of the ball when Jedrzej Kiszkiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dani Rojas in the 36th minute of play. Rıza Vuralhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dani Rojas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dani Rojas during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Ouagadougou National's Dani Rojas got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdulla Baia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rıza Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dani Rojas in the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Kiszkiel came free, but Rıza Vuralhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rıza Vuralhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Kiszkiel in the 52nd minute of play. Argyris Papapetrou scored 2-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Vereijt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rene Vereijt made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Argyris Papapetrou sent off a good shot on target. Rıza Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulla Baia in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute Dani Rojas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıza Vuralhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Abdulla Baia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strömsbro IF's Rıza Vuralhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 90th minute, Abdulla Baia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ouagadougou National fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Rıza Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulla Baia in the 92nd minute of the match. FC Ouagadougou National's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
