Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zigmantas Gimbutas got the match started through his kick off. Emiliano Cara hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Alberto Andreola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Zigmantas Gimbutas sped through Valdieri's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Andreola. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emiliano Cara during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emiliano Cara kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Quintino Carvalhais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alberto Andreola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Andreola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Alberto Andreola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 21st minute of the match. Alberto Andreola came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by SC Braga's Zigmantas Gimbutas. But to his dismay, Zigmantas Gimbutas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 24th minute, Zigmantas Gimbutas made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Andreola. Valdieri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After some careless play in the Valdieri defense, Zigmantas Gimbutas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberto Andreola. The Valdieri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberto Andreola should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the game, SC Braga's Zigmantas Gimbutas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alberto Andreola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Andreola saved Valdieri from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Zigmantas Gimbutas put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Alberto Andreola. Alberto Andreola came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Braga's Quintino Carvalhais. But to his dismay, Quintino Carvalhais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Andreola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Valdieri players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Braga were winning 0-7.

SC Braga's attentive Amado Parente managed to snatch the ball when Cosimo Avesani made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. 57 minutes into the game, Zigmantas Gimbutas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alberto Andreola. Zigmantas Gimbutas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. SC Braga made a substitution. Antonio Cieri replaced Quintino Carvalhais. A collision led to Valdieri getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Cosimo Avesani hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig-Åke Mattsson got free with Alberto Andreola in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute of the match SC Braga got a corner. Valdieri's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Charl De Metser ran over to the corner to take the kick. SC Braga's Geraldo Lucas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alberto Andreola in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alberto Andreola made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Stig-Åke Mattsson sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Andreola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Mattsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 78 minutes of play Valdieri's Emiliano Cara was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 79th match minute, Valdieri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Cara to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Åke Mattsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Alberto Andreola made a huge save. The supporters of Valdieri booed when SC Braga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Åke Mattsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 played minutes Antonio Cieri rounded Valdieri's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-10. Stig-Åke Mattsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Andreola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Åke Mattsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Alberto Andreola made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Stig-Åke Mattsson sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Andreola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Cieri in the 90th minute of the match. Stig-Åke Mattsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Andreola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Åke Mattsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Alberto Andreola made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Stig-Åke Mattsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, one of Valdieri:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Valdieri. Valdieri:s Alberto Andreola showed great skill when he stopped Charl De Metser:s penalty. SC Braga's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
