Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Flying Dutch from getting a goal against them. Arthur Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Fenomeno's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Flying Dutch's zone, Ronaldo Fenomeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Amorim came out of the goal and Ronaldo Fenomeno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronaldo Fenomeno received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arthur Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldo Fenomeno slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arthur Amorim. Arthur Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 31st minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ronaldo Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute of the match Miau Stars got a corner. Flying Dutch's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marco Veremundo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marco Veremundo made a great header on Miau Stars's corner, it was just that Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miau Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Fenomeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Ronaldo Fenomeno took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Arthur Amorim to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niceto Xacintu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ronaldo Fenomeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Miau Stars booed when Flying Dutch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shen Fan Shu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Ronaldo Fenomeno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goalkeeper Abdulkadir Eraslan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eurico Batista. After some careless play in the Flying Dutch defense, Ronaldo Fenomeno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arthur Amorim. The Flying Dutch fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arthur Amorim should have stopped the shot. Abdulkadir Eraslan made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Niceto Xacintu sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niceto Xacintu in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdulkadir Eraslan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the game, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arthur Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Ronaldo Fenomeno took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arthur Amorim. Arthur Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Arthur Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 86th minute of play. Ronaldo Fenomeno might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arthur Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldo Fenomeno ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 87th minute of play forced Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Arthur Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Flying Dutch's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Fenomeno came free, but Arthur Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arthur Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Fenomeno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arthur Amorim was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. After 96 played minutes Flying Dutch got a freekick which was hit by Shen Fan Shu. When the referee ended the match the Miau Stars players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
