The referee showed Adam Pacholewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adam Pacholewski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Thomas Vollmar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Ysmael Marfil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The DINAMO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Newcastle United's performance. The match ended with a win for Newcastle United.
