Iordanis Kopanakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute Gregorio Quintero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Kopanakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Cobresal's Gaitano Valdovinos made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iordanis Kopanakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iordanis Kopanakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Scapini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iordanis Kopanakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregorio Quintero went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the game, Danilo Diaz de Valdes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Iordanis Kopanakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Quintero was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Gregorio Quintero could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Iordanis Kopanakis however easily saved by the left post. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Gaitano Valdovinos took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Iordanis Kopanakis to make any attempt to save it. In the 58th minute, Dino Scapini made a precise shot to the right of Iordanis Kopanakis. Seahawks V55's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. The crowd rose to their feet as Cobresal's Dino Scapini slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iordanis Kopanakis. That made the score 0-13 after 64 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Scapini in the 67th minute of play forced Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Iordanis Kopanakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Dino Scapini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cobresal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. Cobresal made a substitution. Adalberto Monasterio replaced Augusto Pirinchev. Iordanis Kopanakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dino Scapini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-15 in the 74 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Seahawks V55's Thomas Leontarakis got a free kick in the 84th minute. Seahawks V55's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Gregorio Quintero scored to the left of an out of position Iordanis Kopanakis, making the score, 0-16. The crowd rose to their feet as Cobresal's Gregorio Quintero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iordanis Kopanakis. That made the score 0-17 after 90 minutes of play. Kenny McCormick hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Manolis Kalergis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seahawks V55's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolis Kalergis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Cobresal left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Seahawks V55.
